How to deliver the collection pot?

You can send the collection using the «Card & Pot Delivery» or «Pay & Schedule» button, as shown on the image. This will deliver both the card & pot to the recepient, who will be able to choose a gift card from the delivered link.

I can't see the button? --> Looks like you are not on your admin link. Learn how to find it here

Can I withdraw the pot to an account? --> No. We don't do payouts. It's mentioned all around the website.

The recipient can't see / find the collection pot.

The collection pot is attached to the recepient ecard link. The recepient has to open the card through the email received, if the «Scheduled Email» option was used or through the link copied on the «Send via link». The collection should then be visible under the card:

The recepient can't find / see the initial email? --> If the card was sent via email, it could have landed in spam. Repeat sending or sending the link via the «Send via link» option should work

The button is missing? --> First, make sure it's really the recepient link you are looking at (the one you can copy from the «Send via link» option from your admin link). Then make sure the collection is still «Enabled». The button will dissapear once the collection is claimed.

The voucher was claimed, but it's missing? --> There may be a 2 business days delay between claiming and receiving the voucher. After this time, the most likely reason for a missing voucher is that it has landed in spam.

How to check the collected amount or the contributors?

You can view the collected amount in real time in the designated collection box next to your ecard. Currently, it's only visible on desktop:

Can I check who contributed? --> Currently it's not possible to do that on an active card.

How to add or remove a money collection pot to my group ecard?

You can add a money collection pot while creating your group ecard by activating the option. For an existing eCard, simply toggle the enabled/disabled setting.

Are there any fees associated with the group money pots?

For all gift cards, except Visa and Amazon, the process is completely free - there are no fees for contributions or redemption.

However, if the recipient chooses one of the above vouchers, a one-time fee of 2% - 5.9% will be applied (depending on the average credit card processing fees). This fee is charged to cover payment processing costs from Visa and Mastercard and will be shown transparently to the recipient.
